Aspirator Bottle Natural, High-Density Polyethylene with tap for all general laboratory and industrial use. Resistant to most acids and alkaline also suited for food, Tap is fastened with a thread moulded into the side of the containers to ensure a leak poof and tight seal with an O-ring.
Where HDPE Works Well:
- Water, salt water and aqueous solutions
- Food and beverages (milk, juice, oils, syrups) – FDA/EU food‑grade approved
- Dilute to moderately concentrated acids and bases
- Alcohols (methanol, ethanol, isopropanol)
Do not use HDPE for:
- solvents: benzene, toluene, xylene (BTX)
- Chlorinated solvents: methylene chloride, chloroform.
- Strong oxidizing acids.
